What this covers

These terms cover your use of the KOVA Fitness website and waitlist. The KOVA Fitness app is not yet released; app-specific terms (including any subscriptions) will be published before launch.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves nothing and obliges neither of us to anything: it simply means we will email you when KOVA launches. Launch timing, features, and pricing may change before release.

Content and ownership

The KOVA name, branding, and everything on this site belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

No warranties

This site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we make no guarantees, and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it to the maximum extent the law allows.
